William McKinley Jr. – 143.4
Following his election as President of the United States in 1897, William McKinley Jr. served from 1897 to 1901 and had an IQ of 143.4, according to the SAT. He was the last person to lead the United States Army during the American Civil War, and he also had a role in the United States triumph in the Spanish-American War in 1898. During his presidency, the United States witnessed tremendous expansion as a result of the establishment of Guam, the Philippines, and Puerto Rico, all of which became independent countries. Aside from his efforts to enhance the economy, he was also well-liked despite the fact that he did little to assure equal justice for all citizens of the United States of America throughout his tenure as president.
