The Limit
Nadya’s strong desire to have children, as well as her belief that other methods should be tried because the traditional method had failed, prompted her to raise the issue, but Marcos was adamantly opposed to them. Their opposing viewpoints caused a schism in the relationship, but her IVF suggestion pushed him over the edge. An egg cell is fertilized outside of the body and then implanted into a woman’s uterus in this medical procedure. Marcos specifically warned Nadya that if she went ahead with the procedure, he would abandon her.
