Her acting career did not take off as soon as she finished the movie. In truth, it wasn’t until 2001, when she featured in the comedy Road Trip, that it really took off. Her popularity increased even further after she featured in Rat Race and then Scotland, PA, an independent adaptation of Macbeth. She has also worked on two successful films in addition to these endeavors. She appeared in The Butterfly Effect and then Starsky & Hutch alongside Ashton Kutcher.
