Security called
The standoff ended when his supervisor picked up the phone and phoned security. Within minutes, a security guy entered, surprised to find someone he was supposed to escort out. “John, let’s go,” the guard murmured, his tone compassionate yet forceful. John looked back to his employer, hoping for a last-minute mercy, but there was none. It was time to leave.
