Paul Bearer
Although he never wrestled, he did work as a manager for famous wrestlers like Kane and The Undertaker. His weight had gotten out of hand at one point. Paul Bearer had gastric bypass surgery to lose 200 pounds when he weighed 500 pounds. He died of a heart attack in 2013.
