Seth Gilliam As Sugar Watkins
Despite the fact that he barely appears in the film halfway through, this courageous and dedicated Roughnecks soldier left an indelible impression on the audience. Sergeant Sugar Watkins is a fervent Lt. Jean Rasczak devotee. His whole character development had centered on his fearlessness. When spectators have to bid their goodbyes to this stoic figure, they are always devastated since he always gives himself away by slaughtering as many Warrior Bugs as he can on his own. As a consequence of his sacrifice, Rico and Ace are able to leave and survive.
