Beating Stress
Natalie manages the stress and pressure of having fourteen children by exercising for two or three days each week at the gym. They know she does it, as she posted a selfie while working out. “I would like to share about how I cope with inordinate stress, after being asked how I stay sane lol.” Exercise has always been a stress reliever for Natalie. She explained, “The stress literally drips off of me, as I’m drenched in the end. Being physical has significantly helped me cope with so many challenges I’ve struggled with throughout my life.”

Natalie Suleman isn’t just a strict mother; she’s also a lot of fun. Natalie enjoys spending time with her friends, such as having a spa night with them, and she enjoys documenting their experiences with various skincare products and face masks. In addition, Natalie ensures that she bonds with her sons by watching scary movies with them because she wants to give each of her children the same amount of time and love. Her children are unquestionably her top priority, and she isn’t afraid to show it.
