Maria refused to give up
Maria slumped back against the back of her seat, perplexed and surprised. She forgot how haughty people might be and began to envision what kind of pampered upbringing this girl had. She sighed at first, but she didn’t want things to go away so quickly. This girl was moving her hair in some way.

Teach her a lesson
She began to think of all the different ways she might make this girl move her hair. Maria jotted it down on the plane brochure, beginning with “her moving it herself,” then “pulling her hair,” and so on. Should a flight attendant be notified? This was all too simple for Maria, who wanted to teach this girl a serious lesson.
