Edward Furlong Then
Edward Furlong, on the other hand, shone brightly right from the start of the performance. In addition to winning Teen Idol, he went on to feature in Terminator 2: Judgement Day as John Connor, among other roles. His role as a skinhead in American History X was both praised and critiqued for its authenticity as well as for its horrifying violence. Over the years, Furlong has been in a number of films, including Pet Sematary 2, American Heart, Detroit Rock City, The Green Hornet, and A Home of Our Own. His acting career extended until the 1990s, with different degrees of success (including another Terminator picture). He also recorded a song, Hold on Tight, which was only published in Japan and was a Japanese-language release.
