Matt Cappotelli
Former OVW Heavyweight Champion, Matt Cappotelli is another wrestler who rose to fame through the series WWE Tough Enough. Unfortunately, he got diagnosed with cancer. The brain tumor he had kept growing, so he had to get a risky operation. The two-hour operation he underwent was partly successful since the doctors needed to leave part of the tumor that was very risky to operate on. He died in 2018 because of that part.
