Singer of country music Carnie Wilson once tipped the scales at three hundred pounds. Wilson was offered a contract by Fresh Diet, but it didn’t last long because the company broke off its relationship with Wilson. When she received about a third of the weight back, it was allegedly against the terms of the contract. Nevertheless, the business was kind enough to continue providing her with wholesome meals although she was behind on her housing payments and ultimately lost her home. Wilson may not have received the money, but she had already used a lap band procedure to help her lose 150 pounds.
