John Goodman – 100 Lbs
John Goodman is well-known for portraying larger-than-life characters. These include Fred Flintstone in the film “The Flintstones” and Howard Stambler in “10 Cloverfield Lane.” But at one point, he was a little too big, weighing 400 pounds. He accepted this and the reality that his life was in upheaval by changing not only his diet but also his lifestyle. Goodman stopped drinking and went to Alcoholics Anonymous sessions. He also began eating a Mediterranean diet, which is plant-based and low in red meat. He returned to the “Monsters, Inc.” franchise as Sulley in the 2021 sequel “Monsters At Work.”
