Thomas Ravaux had extensive experience in apartment rentals and this was not his first rodeo. He had bought, renovated and rented other apartments before this one. Previously, all of his tenants were good and didn’t cause him much trouble. Although the landlord was considered shrewd, when he first saw this seemingly ordinary couple, he didn’t find it worrisome.
