Elin felt like she needed to find a way to channel her energy and frustrations. This is the main reason she decided to take it upon herself to renovate the $12 million property on her own. She took it even further by tearing it down so she could start from scratch! The area was pretty nice, but she thought the house was a bit dated already. It is also impressive that she found a way to help others at the same time!
