Reba’s father had a stroke right around the time she found out she was going to be inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Therefore, Dolly Parton accepted the induction honors on her behalf. Clark died in October 2014, which was a terrible loss. She was so heartbroken that she released an album called “Just Like Them Horses” to honor them once more.
