Kathy Ireland, who was scouted at the age of 16, has been on the pages of Vogue, Cosmopolitan, and Forbes. Between 1985 and 2009, she starred in a number of films and television shows, most notably as Wanda Saknussemm in Alien From L.A. Her acting career was cut short when she married Prince Rainier III of Monaco in 1956, effectively ending her career. She was only 27 years old when she retired and became Princess of Monaco. Unfortunately, this was not to endure, as Kelly tragically died in a vehicle accident in 1982, while driving with her daughter, Princess Stéphanie, who gratefully survived.
