Russian intelligence officer and politician Mr. Putin served as President of Russia from 1999 to 2008, and then again from 2012 until the current day. Prior to this, he served as Prime Minister of Russia from 1999 to 2008, and then again from 2012 until the present day. His IQ is 127 points above average.
