Barack Obama – ???
As the first African-American to be elected to the office of President of the United States, his election as the 44th President of the United States was a watershed moment in history. Barack Obama served as President of the United States from 2009 to 2017, during which time he made a number of significant policy choices. As part of the Affordable Care Act, among other things, he made important improvements to the health-care system through enacting legislation (ACA). In addition to brokering a nuclear deal with Iran, President Obama has oversaw a military policy shift that ended the so-called “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy and the resumption of diplomatic relations with Cuba, among other achievements. However, while his exact IQ has not yet been determined, his previous achievements leave no doubt that he is an exceptionally intelligent young guy.
