Stepdad’s fury
My stepfather’s face became red with rage and disbelief. His calm composure crumbled as he attempted to comprehend what was going on. “This is ridiculous!” he finally exclaimed, his voice quivering with wrath. The guests recoiled slightly, startled by his outburst. He took a step towards me, but the proof in my palm stopped him. His wrath was now combined with tangible fear.
