At the Westword premiere, Katja Herber showed up in this optical illusion dress designed by Iris Van Herpen Haute Couture. It’s rather fitting if you ask us, seeing as the show itself is rather maze-like in nature. The transparent dress features many curving lines that are perfectly placed. With matching over-the-top sleeves, the star kept her shoes and accessories simple, wearing black sandals and her hair pulled back.

Here we have a celebrity who took things in another direction for the same Westworld premiere. Angela Sarafyan wore a baby pink dress designed by Redemption. The low-cut gown featured cut-outs on her hips along with a black claspt on the front. Overall, it is very reminiscent of Greece. With a long train trailing behind her, the star kept her hair up and paired the dress with gorgeous dangling earrings to complete the look.
