Skylar Neese and Shelia Eddy had been best friends since second grade. They had remained close throughout their childhood. In fact, their friendship was so strong that they would freely enter each other’s homes. It was fortunate that their parents were unconcerned. You could even say they were sisters! They both attended University High School in Morgantown, West Virginia.
