Keeping your car’s leather seats in good condition may seem to require expensive products. However, an affordable alternative is to use olive oil for similar results. After cleaning the seats with warm soapy water, apply a small amount of olive oil to prevent drying out and cracking. For existing cracks, a more generous application of oil, left on for three quarters of an hour, can reduce the appearance of deep cracks. While this won’t solve the problem entirely, this affordable trick can improve the appearance of leather seats.
