The United States Department of Agriculture has decided to transfer her to the In-Sync Exotics Wildlife Rescue and Education Center, which is a government-sponsored animal rescue and education organization. Sheila was in a terrible state of health. It is a non-profit organization that assists in the rehabilitation and healing of abandoned animals. The news was not encouraging.
