Ira Flatow – Himself
Like many others, Ira Flatow has been in a lot of movies when not making his other career choices – journalism. Flatow is also an author and hosts Science Friday, a Public Radio International program.
In the beginning, Flatow only did voice-over roles on The Big Bang Theory but made on-screen appearances in later episodes. It was a happy moment to finally see the face behind the voice.

Swati Kapila – Ruchi
Swati Kapila is an Indian producer and actress who plays the role of Raj’s girlfriend in the show. She also has made appearances in films like Blunt Talk, Bloomers, and Younger.
Kapila later went on to receive a nomination at the World Music & Independent Film Festival in 2011 for actress in the Best Supporting Role for her appearance on LIFE! CAMERA ACTION. This film was an international success.
